Product List

How to access: Click [ Product ] -> [ Product List ]

In the Product list Page we find all products in our company at one place. From here we can perform various actions on products for further processes. They are:

1. Arrange products in Grid view by clicking [ 9 dots ] grid button.
2. Arrange products in list view by clicking [ list view ] sign next to grid button.
3. Share Product schedule with other members of the team .
4. Delete product by clicking [ Bin ] button.
5. Edit Product by clicking [ Details ] button from the record.
6. Generate QR codes of products to scan, share and view on other devices. Click [ QR code ] button next to Delete button.
7. Click [ Export ] button to export/generate product details in various formats ie
   

•            CSV
•            Sales Book A4
•            Image List
•            QR code Sheets for variable amount of products. Available options for QR code Sheet Generating are 5, 12 and 44 QR codes Sheet.

    8. Click [Add Folder] button to add multiple products to Line Sheet.

    9. Click [+] button to create/add new product to products list.

   10. Find products from the left menu header by applying search parameters.

   11. Sort products in a meaningful order by selecting [Sort] dropdown options.

   12. Click [Hamburger] button on Table header to change products list headers. By default table header shows 7 parameters of the products and we can change them according to requirements.  

   13. Imp: Product Name in the Products list table are color coded. Blue colored product name means that this product is also registered in Line sheet. Black font colored product name means it is not registered in Line sheet.
