New Product

Product Registration

At the [New Product] button in product tab header; we register new products.

Prerequisites:   in order to register new products, we will need to register various field values ​​in various masters first. Once we register the data in the masters individually, they will be reflected in New Products register master.

Fields marked with red stars are required.

• Select -> [product dropdown menu] ->[ New Products ]
• Product registration information in divided into 2 categories. These Categories are further sub-divided into several categories. We will register them one by one.
• Two categories of masters are 1.  Product Related Information and production Related Information.

1. 1. 1. 1. 1. Product Information

                   Click [ product information ] from left side of the page and select [ Basic Information ] tab from drop-down list.

               1. 1. In the Basic Information Tab register product details one by one in each field.
                  1. Register Product No. and Product name (required).
                  2. Add 3D images in the Image drop box by clicking [+] sign. After clicking the save button from top right, we can preview this 3d image in 360 degree rotation.
               2. Click [360] from top right corner of the image frame to preview this in a pop.
               3. Click [ Send Order to Kirikom ] if you want to edit the image.
                  1. Add Product Description and Remark.
                  2. Fill remaining additional details of the product in each field.

                

                       1.2.1 Click [ Color Size ] from left side menu and register Color and Size information of the product. Here we can register up to 10 Color and Size variants of Color and Size.

                     1.2.2. After Color and Size are saved we can further assign SKU to each Color Size variants.

               1.3.1. Click [ Image by color ] and register images for multiple color and SKUs .

               1.4.1. Click [ Document ] to submit additional documents for Keyword, description or any other purposes. Any kind of document can be added here by clicking [ + ] icon. Add remarks to the document for further instructions.

               1.5.1. Click [ Person in charge ] to assign roles and responsibilities to users and staff here.

               1.6.1. Click [ JAN code ] button to register JAN code to multi size and Color variants. Here we will assign price to each JAN code. Add additional remarks for further instructions.

                Note :- Jan code will reflect at Edit page.

               1.7. Click [ EC information ] to register E-Commerce information for other platforms.

               1.7.1. Click [ Basic ] tab to register basic information of the product.

               Once we select the image, keywords will be extracted from the image automatically and reflected on the right side. We can keep up to 10 keywords and store them.

               After the keywords selection we can generate a description from the keywords by clicking the [Generate] button.

               1.7.2. Click [ Size Chart ] and measurement register for each parts of the garment here. This chart will determine the fitting of clothes. In the table measurements of all parts for one variant of size can be register one by one. This reduces returns due to unfit garment products.

               1.7.3. Click [ Material ] to register material information of the product. Click [+] to register material no and material name here. Click search icon to select material information from previously inserted values ​​in the [ Material Master ].

               1.7.4. Click [ Washing ] tab to register washing instruction for the products .

               1.7.5. Click [ Material Feature ] to register material feature sets. This data is registered in advance in [ Feature Set ] master. Here we will select from these Feature Set values ​​and assign them to products.

               1.7.6. Click [ Related Material ] to register additional part and accessory material information of the garment.

                1.7.7. Click [ Related product ] to register addition Product no and their name that is relevant to Garment Product.

                

2. Production Related

    2.1 This tab is further divided into 3 sub categories. Here we will insert our Production related information. This information can be shared with other members of the team via Email.

 Here we will assign expected schedule of the process as well as the actual schedule of the process.

 We can share this schedule with other team members via email.

          2.2 Click [ Cost Accounting ] tab to assign costs of the products feature set-vise. The features or additions accessories we add to the products will have variable costs. These costs are calculated here for each variation of the products.

          2.3. Click [ Material information ] to enter production related material  information.

-> Click [ select from the material master ] search button to enter material information from the material master.
